Assistance for Needy Families (by Verizon): 1.800.483.4000
Services: Individuals must be eligible to receive Medicaid, food stamps, SSI,
public housing, or LIHEAP. Lifeline provides eligible customers with a monthly
credit on their phone bill. Linkup also provides a credit toward installing a
single telephone line.
